The designs and nails are very pretty, and I was happy with the overall look. However, I was disappointed with the customer service. When I had an issue with my nails within 24 hours, there wasn’t accommodation or communication. I also felt that when I expressed concerns about a design or something I didn’t like, the responses sometimes came across as dismissive. I appreciate the quality of the work, but I think communication and making clients feel comfortable speaking up are equally important.
